Our medical providers offer primary health care to your entire family regardless of age or gender. Our Medical providers are:  Megan Brewer, DO (also CCS Medical Director);  Carolyn McNamara, FNP; Sarah Jones, FNP; and Andrew Hilty, FNP.

We love caring for the people who live and work in the “downtown” community and welcome new and old residents and workers alike.  We love caring for and welcoming the residents of the other towns in our “Scope” too! (Lewiston, Auburn, New Gloucester, Lisbon, Lisbon Falls, Sabattus, Durham, Minot, Mechanic Falls and Poland) and other Maine residents who find our services convenient and accessible.  Regardless of whether you have health insurance, we can meet your health care needs.  We accept and welcome Medicaid, Medicare, most private insurances, and we have a sliding fee discount program to make our care affordable.  We can help you complete a Medicaid or ACA healthcare application.

Greater Lewiston/Auburn has welcomed immigrants for well over 100 years, starting with the British-Americans who intercepted the land from the Native Americans;  Irish and French Canadian ancestors who came after the Civil War, and more recently welcoming new residents from African and Middle Eastern countries.  We will provide the same quality care to you, regardless of your race, ethnicity, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, or age or other factors.   We welcome you.  We employ  cultural brokers and interpreters who can help our non-English speaking patients navigate the health care system.  We will have interpretation services during your appointment (in-person, phone or video) so you will be able to easily communicate with our health care team.   Welcome to B Street!

A Family Practice provider takes care of the whole family. They create caring relationships with patients and their families. A point of pride for Family Practice providers is that they really get to know their patients – listening and helping them make health care decisions that are right for themselves and their family members.

Family Practice providers can take care of your physical, mental and emotional health of both the patients and the patients’ family. They know your family’s health history and how it can affect you. They are trained to care for you through all the stages of your life.

Their training allows them to treat very young infants, older patients, and everyone in between.

Family providers are trained in all areas of medicine. They can diagnose and treat the full range of problems people usually bring to their doctors. They know when to treat you, and, if necessary, when to bring in another specialist you can trust.

Crystal Hiscock, RN is our practice manager at B Street.  To make an appointment or learn more about B-Street Health Center, please call the office at 207-753-5400.
