We provide our outpatient medical care , pediatric dental and behavioral health services to people of all ages, of all genders, of all races and ethnicities, of all faiths, whether you are employed, unemployed, retired, in school, little or big, we welcome you.

Our services include primary health care from age birth to 106!  We have two family primary care practices – B Street and FHC (each with 4 providers)  that serve children, teens, and adults, and a  Pediatrics office (with 3 plus providers)  that focuses on children and teenagers from birth to age 21.  Many pediatric specialists from MaineHealth come to our Pediatrics office so you won’t have to travel all the way to Portland!  We offer Pediatric Dental Services for children “from the first tooth” through age 20, and, we welcome Medicaid insurance!  We are one of very few dental practices that welcome children  that have Medicaid insurance, so call us today!  We offer extensive outpatient behavioral health and substance abuse counseling services, at all our medical office locations and at dedicated counseling offices in Lewiston.  We help children, teens and adults cope with family and other difficulties, and offer ways to make it through and be hopeful for the future.  We specialize in integrated behavioral health so you can see your counselor for highly effective short-term counseling right in your doctor’s office!  Makes it easier and convenient for many of our patients.

CCS has one of the largest outpatient psychiatry programs in Maine and we will help you and your loved ones with psychiatric assessment, and services that include medication management.  Our psychiatric providers also work at the St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, with its highly regarded inpatient behavioral health program.  This will allow you or your loved ones to receive a whole continuum of mental health and substance abuse services with medical providers that can stay with you throughout your journey.  We have one of Maine’s 3 geriatric “memory clinics” to help assess, plan, treat and support persons with memory/cognitive decline, for the person with the memory loss AND his or her spouse, children and other loved ones.  We can help your son or daughter who needs a Medicaid eyeglass prescription filled.  We can help people with complex medical conditions, people new to the country or Maine.  We can help you and your family access needed health care and other services.

We provide culturally sensitive care and welcome all community residents, new and old.

CCS also provides many support services including interpretation, a sliding fee discount for people without health insurance or with high deductible plans; help with completing applications for additional care, referrals for further medical services and basic needs/social services.  We have special collaborative programs to ensure that patients with latent tuberculosis have needed supports; to ensure that  all children are screened for lead poisoning, and to help families to address the lead contaminants, including a legal expert from Kids Legal who comes to our practices regularly to meet with parents.  We will make sure your children have all the immunizations that can help them live healthy and productive lives for their and our future!  We will help you get recommended cancer screenings, and screen for heart disease and diabetes and other conditions,  so that you and your loved ones can live your life to your fullest!!!  You and your family are MAINE’s FUTURE.  Your family’s health and well-being will help Maine to prosper.  Your health will help you to prosper and enjoy living.

A staff person will help you get an appointment that meets your needs.  We have extended office hours so you can find an appointment that meets with your work or school schedule.  If you do not speak English, we will connect with someone who speaks your language in order to make the appointment.  When you come in for your visit, we will have an interpreter available that speaks your preferred language.
